AWARDS:

Class Placing: Classes will be placed from first to tenth place.  Ribbon Awards: Ribbons are to be awarded for places one through five.

Buckle  Awards: Overall High Point Champion and Reserve for the Open, Amateur and Junior.

Overall High Single Score: Awarded to the individual who has the highest single percentage score. Please note that the Freestyle, Partnership and Liberty tests do not count toward the Award.      

Division Awards: Partnership on the Ground Champion for the Open, Amateur and Junior.   

Walk Jog Champion for the Open, Amateur and Junior.

Walk Jog Lope Champion for the Open, Amateur and Junior.   

Challenge Champion for the Open, Amateur and Junior.      

Vaquero/Buckaroo Champion  Open/Amateur

Freestyle Champion Open/Amateur/Junior

Horsemanship Open/Amateur and Junior        

Soft Feel Awards: Will be awarded to the Rider (open, amateur, junior) with the highest Soft Feel Score. In the case of a tie with Soft Feel the Highest scoring test will break the tie.  

Honorary Awards: will be given to those, regardless of Rider Status, who have declared a Veteran, Cancer Survivor, Silver Rider (60-69 years old, Amateur only), or Rookie Rider (First Year Rider-Amateur Only) on your entry.  SELECT ONLY ONE HONORARY AWARD Jack Brainard Judges’ Try Award: A special award will be given to the riders voted most improved during the show by the judges (one award per judge). 

CDW Wyatt Paxton Sportsmanship Award: This will be awarded to the person who shows the Cowboy Dressage spirit of the handshake and sportsmanship. CDWPA: Award will be given to the Highest Single Score CDWPA member (open/amateur). Best Presented best turnout for Horse and Rider. (Junior, Amateur/Open)

Featured Class: Trifecta - Groups consist of 3 riders all riding Partnership on the Ground Walk Walk 1,  Open Court Walk Jog 3 and Challenge Walk Jog 3. 

NOMINATION FEES: $30 per test Open/Amateur  $20 Junior, Leadline Free.

Office Fee  $20  Non-Remuda Member $25  Pizza Night $10 per person (optional) 

Pre-book your stables and powered campsite online prior to the event.

$10-night Stables, $15-night campsite.

HOW DO I NOMINATE:

Camping and Stabling are to be pre-booked online prior to the event.

Choose the tests you wish to ride by sending in your nomination forms by the 15th of October 2024

Horse Health Declarations are required for each horse attending the clinic; these are not due until the day of the Clinic. If you have a Horse Movement App, you can email a copy of your movement.  The Horse Health Record book available on the morning of the Gathering at the office.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY- Would you like to attend and help? We will need Scribes, Announcers, and Callers this is a  great opportunity to watch, observe and learn.
